The picture shows what appears to be a soft short material, with nice a nice hem. The shorts I received are strangely long, and the material is super cheap, stiff...it isn't a dry-wick material, but not a cotton, etc. I would not waist your money. If you want the shorts in the picture...these are not those shorts. I hope this helps!
